What and awesome post on how to cut back on belly fat. So, I started swimming and eating oatmeal and trying to cut back on certain foods. I think this is a great post with some great tips and I like the peanut butter and banana smoothie idea. In fact when I was a kid I used to eat it in my sandwiches. Oh thank you so much!!
